Sailor Mass: Kiddies Carnival

So last year I was given the opportunity to design for Kiddies Carnival. I was told to design Costumes inspired by one of Trinidad's famous traditional Mas characters; The Fancy Sailor. Now this job I was sub-contracted so I don't know much about the actual Band I designed for but I could tell you this job was an experience.

 Boys
 Girls

Queen

For the Queen I not only had to design but also had to make her costume for myself, it was a first time challenge however, had the most fun making the hat lol.

Here are some pics of my work coming to life on the Streets.
I appologize for the quality of my images took them with my phone.

Coco and Breezy Art Contest: I WON !

I am a big fan and follower or accessory designers Coco and Breezy. I was so excited to find out that they were hosting an International Art Contest in collaboration with Artrise.com in support of the Arts. I immediately brain stormed a concept inspired by their brand of eye-wear. It was fun creating this art piece its a pencil and watercolour painting. I competed against many other Talented artists and I advise you to check out the other entries, Coco and Breezy Art Contest.

My art work progress:
